Service Description

As a Birth Doula I want to help you prepare your journey towards birth and beyond. I want to focus on your and your partners emotional well-being, the relationship with your partner and your readiness to parent. You will be empowered through birth education and preparation. When the right day comes, I will be there to help you with your physical and emotional comfort and provide tips and exercises to enhance the labour progress. I will be present to your birth partner, ready to guide and reassure. My role is to aid your through sharing evidence-based facts, offering emotional support and help you voice your opinion and needs. The Birth Doula Package includes: - 2 pre-natal visits to discuss yours and your partners wants and needs and expectations. Based upon this I will make a tailored plan to support you as best as possible towards a positive birth. - Phone and Email support - 24/7 On-call period - 2 weeks before your due date and until your baby is born - 1 postnatal home-visit - Grief support in case of loss
